EcoV Charger

Simon & Sarah have been driving the Outlander Mitsubishi PHEV for the last 3 years, Simon says ‘we were so impressed by it that the company got another Outlander which is driven by John from the Workshop.’  At Essential Supplies we have a charger here at work which successfully keeps both cars topped up as well as charging at home overnight. Sarah says ‘we are huge fans of this Hybrid once we have got over the excitement of the feeling that you can be driving without continually paying huge fuel bills, we really enjoy many other aspects of the car.’ Following Sarah, Simon & John’s enthusiasm and the current interest in the media we are now looking into mobile chargers that can be used at temporary events and festivals.  We currently have 3 types available on our Titan website.

Twin 11 kW Portable charger Type 2. This twin vehicle charger can be linked to a second twin charger, powered by three phase mains or a generator.

A Quad 11kW Portable EV Charger Type 2 can charge 4 vehicles at the same time, powered by a three phase mains supply or a generator.

Single 11kW Portable EV Charger Type 2. This single charger can link to a second charger, powered by a three phase supply or generator.

All our chargers are 3 phase which works really well at temporary sites and is a very much faster way to charge your vehicle.  The type of charge you would be needing at an event would tend to be a ‘top up’ charge.  But examples of times taken to charge cars can be seen below;

Typically a 3 kW (single phase) charger would take about 8 hours

the 11kW (3 Phase) takes only 3 hours.

These cars which use a Type 2 connector can plug straight in
