230v Single Phase 32A extension lead in various lengths. 3 core 6mm steel braided multicore PVC SY Cable. IP67 Waterproof 32A plugs & connectors. Fully PAT Tested

SY Cables are for use indoors, normally used in workshops for plant and machinery.
If you need to use the cable outdoors, or in a physically tough enviroemnt, we suggest using extensions made with H07 RNF rubber cable see

Power cables can be quickly manufactured to your specification.
Any combination of plug, cable and socket.

Cable sizes: We recommend using 4.0mm cables for lower power & shorter cables. 6.0mm for full 32A continuous use and longer cables.

The Use of SY Cable;

Not governed by any specific standards and does not fall under BS7671 Standards.
SY cable can often be seen outdoors at events. This is not recommended in BS7909 2011, despite its widespread use.
BS7909 2011 recommends the use of HO7 RN-F cable for outside use.

Using SY cable must be applied to safe working environments that should still fall within the BS7671 Standards.
