The NEW PowerSyntax Chain Pilot box features a huge step forwards in safety and reliability by using a set of PowerSyntax Chain Pilot outlet connectors with L1+L2+L3+N+E, each one with built-in microswitch. The connector’s microswitches control an auxiliary circuit connected to an external device. This circuit is usually wired to a shunt on a MCCB,  so that power will only be engaged once all the cable connectors have been correctly fitted.  There is no need to follow the normal sequential order when mating or un-mating your connectors, unlike other mechanical Powerlock-compatible boxes.

Power to ALL connectors would be deactivated should one connector be removed. This has huge safety benfits when using these 480 Amp rated connectors.

Chain pilot is also available as individual panel mount connectors.
