Maintained LED Emergency Exit Fitting

Light has been wired and PAT Tested with 1m HO7 rubber cable IN and OUT with 16A plug. This LED Exit Light is for maintained use only i.e. Light is on all the time +3 hours after the power fails. Maintained lights are normally recommended for venues where the public pay to enter.

Legal Requirements:

• The need for emergency lighting varies around the country with different fire officers.
• The main principles are:
• 'Public Functions' i.e. where the public pay to enter a venue maintained lighting is essential.
• 'Private Functions' i.e. events not open to the general public only require non-maintained lighting.
