The Microswitch incorporated within this panel connection works with Chain Pilot, an innovative new electrical protective system that controls all connections simultaneously when mated. This means all connectors are engaged and disengaged at the same time, even if just one connector is uncoupled. In the panel drain, the spring device activates the microswitch which is placed outside the mating part of the connector's shell.

PowerSyntax drain and source connectors lock together with an automatic security pin.  The best way to release the pin is with the PowerSyntax Quick Release Collar

The PowerSyntax® features a range of Line Source (sockets) and Line Drain (plugs) with L1, L2, L3, Neutral, and Earth connectors.
