First things first …. staff update … Sad to be saying good bye to Chloe, she will be greatly missed by us all and I am sure by you our customer. Chloe has a wonderful phone manner giving everyone all the time and information they need, with her attention to detail and kindness we thought she would be a hard act to follow …..
But … how lucky we were the day L J walked in to ES. L J comes to us with a wealth of experience dealing with customers on the telephone, L J is very approachable and develops rapport with customers as well as taking huge pride in his systems and efficiency, this is very important to us, as we consider our ‘customer is king’ and continue to strive to keep improving to make sure you always get the best service. I can see already L J reflects this … welcome L J !!
